Whirpool of Olivia Rose

She gasped with excitement and shouted over the noise of the propeller: "The islands in the clouds are real!!"

Olivia Rose, 25, from a small town in Vermont was looking at the tropical cloud island like it was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. Well, maybe because it was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. Olivia had been searching for this island for almost 15 years. Everyone thought Olivia was crazy for believing in a
"cloud island" but it was all she talked about since she was a kid. Now, finally she's in front of it and has her very own proof that what she now calls Tropicana, is real. But.....is Olivia really seeing this island or is this all a dream?

Olivia was a very peculiar child. Always getting into things and was a busybody. When she was 10 she became very quiet and kept to herself a lot. When her parents asked her what was wrong she would respond "I was just in the clouds". Her parents didn't think anything of this due to Olivia's age, but when Olivia was about 15 years old things started to turn sour. Olivia wouldn't talk or interact with anyone she would always be "in the clouds". When she was 18 and college was quickly approaching her parents simply told her they didn't want her to go away for her first year. This made Olivia livid and she went on a rampage. Olivia's parents didn't think it was smart or safe for Olivia to be on her own because they felt she was a little bit off with society.

It had been 2 years since Olivia had spoken to her parents and vice versa. Olivia is now 20 years old and no one has heard from her until now. Her mom got a phone call from a psychiatric hospital in Oregon telling her that Olivia had been a patient with them for the past 2 years and is just now getting her emergency contact information. Her parents jumped on a plane from Vermont to Oregon and were there in a matter of hours. There were a lot of questions being thrown at Olivia from the doctors, her parents and even the police. Olivia had been M.I.A and her parents are just now finding out where she was and the doctors hadn't been able to contact anyone for her because she refused to give them any information.

Her parents volunteered to take their daughter home but the doctors forbid it. Olivia had many mental disorders and needed to be watched 24 hours a day. Her parents had no knowledge of her disorders because they never took her serious. 5 years of psychiatric care pass and Olivia is still in the hospital. Her parents moved to Oregon to be with her and visit her every single day. Olivia had been told for the past year that they were going to release her soon and today, July 29th, was that day. Olivia got released and went to live with her parents.

But, she didn't stay for long. Olivia never gave up hope on her island cloud and she wasn't going to now.She escaped from her parents house in search of Tropicana. People were looking for her for a whole week and there was no trace of her. Finally, her parents get a call from a hospital an hour away from where they live and they rush over. Olivia was in a coma and had been at the hospital for 3 days. There was no way of talking to her and she couldnt hear or feel. She was still alive but basically brain dead.

If Olivia really found Tropicana Island no one will ever know.
